Salesforce Twilio Integration
In this project our clients(an NGO) wanted us to create a solution where a caller could gain information about courses happening around them and connect with local volunteers and national team to know more about the courses and events. Our client also wished to track record of all the calls they received from there callers
Our Solution
Our first step in this project was to use Twilio services and Python to provide a robust solution for IVR of Non-Profit Organization. We used Python as a middleware in between Salesforce and Twilio, Python acting as a caching server with MySQL as Database and Salesforce Bulkify as a helper, it handled all the calls of IVR, providing course details, events dates, and connecting caller with the local team volunteers or national team.
